Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine

Hanger Type Machine is equipped with overhead rail for material movement are most suitable for processing critical and sensitive components which can get damage by tumbling process and it descale the component from all side in one cycle. The components are mounted on a fixture which is attached with hook. The hooks moves in to blasting chamber and rotates in clock wise and anti close wise direction and gets blast clean and moves out after cycle finishes. In all hanger type machine, the numbers of blast wheels depending on the size of the parts and production requirement.
