Cylinder Shot Blasting Machine

The Cylinder Shot Blasting Machine is designed for an in-line blast cleaning of LPG, CNG cylinders, for surface finishing by removing scale, corrosion, old paint and make it completely dust free and prepare ideal external surface of cylinders required for thermal coating and painting on external surface.

The machine is designed for simple operation, operator has to load the cylinder on inlet conveyor. And cylinder get blast clean as it passes through blasting chamber on especially casted skew roll made of high abrasive resistance material.

Polluted air with scale in blast cabinet is completely removed by the dust collector unit the system is complemented by efficient abrasive air wash system and dust collector which keeps the machine operation completely dust free.
