Airless Shot Blasting Machine for Structural Steel & PEBs

Mec Shot Blasting Equipments Pvt Ltd, an ISO-9001-2008 & 14001: 2004 accredited company, has manufactured a monorail hanger type Airless Shot Blasting Machine for Structural Steel and PEBs. The machine is designed for automatic efficient shot blasting of job. The cabinet is protected from erosion by Mn liners (hardened wear plates). The dust collector, screw conveyor, cross screw conveyor, bucket elevator, rotary screen and blast wheels motors (one after other to prevent over loading) are switched on in sequence. After selecting the blasting switch the shots will be fed automatically by dribble valves for all the wheels operated by solenoid valve and pneumatic cylinders opening mechanism. These shots are propelled on the moving components at high velocity thereby blasting them. After blasting, the shots fall down inside the hopper of the cabinet and are gravity fed to the screw conveyor. The screw conveyor conveys the material from the cabinet to the boot of the bucket elevator, which in turn lifts the material and feed in rotary screen where it separates bigger particles. Usable shots transfer into a separator drum. The dust collector absorbs the fine dust produced in the cabinet. The dust trapped over the pleated filter bags is cleaned by reverse jet action, allowing the trapped dust to be dropped in the dustbin. The compressed air is used to clean the filters.
