Airless Blasting Machines

MEC Shot offers Airless Blasting Machines. In airless blasting machine, the blast cleaning media is propelled by centrifugal blasting wheels. Automation is provided by tunnel, swing table, tumblast, rotary barrel, hanger type, etc. The overhead conveyor carries the job in and out of the blast cabinet where the number of blast wheels depends upon the type of the job for attaining homogeneous finish. Major parts of the machine include blast wheel for giving high production output, overhead conveyor for job conveying and the media recovery consisting of bucket elevator, screw conveyor, rotary screen separator, etc; and pleated bag reverse jet type dust collector. The job(s) is hanged on the hangers mounted on overhead conveyor. The component passes in and out of the blasting chamber for blasting purpose. Blast wheel stations are located strategically on the cabinet fires media on the components. The components shot blasted are finished homogeneously all around. The blasted job involves forward and comes out from the other end for unloading and loading of fresh job. The other model available is air operated blasting machine.
