Abrasive Blasting Machine

Mecshot Blasting Equipment offers Abrasive Blasting Machine. It is used for surface finishing of silicon wafer (dia 100-300 mm) used in solar cells. It operates on suction principle of abrasive blasting using very fine 320 mesh silicon carbide as abrasive media. It incorporates highly engineered indexing turntable. The job is placed at satellites on indexing turntable. The indexing turntable carries it into blast chamber where satellites starts rotating in blast chamber. As the job rotates, blast gun moves across the job, thus cleaning its surface. After cleaning the job, it is air washed before being lifted by operator. The cabinet is incorporated with high illuminating light for clear visibility and media recycling system for regular flow of media. The feature of cartridge type dust collector is provided to keep the environment clean and with permissible limits of dust emission. Synchronisation of gun reciprocation and job rotation is through PLC. The hi-tech synchronisation produces a uniform non-reflective finish and clean surface of silicon wafer.
