Abrasive Blaster, Portable

Portable abrasive blasting machines from Surface International are available in 4 standard sizes with metallic abrasive capacities 300, 500, 1000 and 900 kg respectively. The output of these machines is ranging from 5 sq.mtr per hour to 20 sq.mtr per hour. These machines are available with and without remote control system and deadman handle. The pressure vessel of the machine is hydraulically tested at 250 psi. The machines have pinch valve to suitably control the flow of abrasives to achieve best cleaning parameters. The machines are supplied with pneumatically operated vibrating screens for sieving of the abrasive media. The popup valves are coated with carbide coatings for long life. These machines are high performance oriented, and normally give 40% more output than locally fabricated machines. The machines are supplied with best quality light weight sand blasting hoses and convergent/divergent tungsten carbide nozzle having different bore depending upon size of the machine. These machines are mounted on 3 trolley wheels with a toying handle to transfer the machine easily from one place to another. The machines are suitable for use of abrasives as per usersâ?? choice such as sand, glass beads, alumina, quartz, shots, grits, etc., to achieve a variety of finish. These machines are covered by our standard warranty of one year from the date of its commissioning at site.
