MEC manufactures abrasive blasting cabinets for cleaning medical and surgical instruments. This process, using the abrasive media of spherical glass beads, imparts glare-free finish. It can also be used for finishing of normally sterilize surfaces; deburring of hypodermic needles, and enhancing cosmetic appearance. These suction-type cabinets incorporate a media recycling system also and a dust extraction system to keep dust emission under permissible limits.
