Union Abrasives manufactures a wide range of Vitrified and Resin Bonded Abrasives, for use on centreless, cylindrical, deburring, fettling, pedestal, segmental, surface, snagging, tools and cutters and OPG, off hand, angle grinders and slitting/cutting off machines. The products have gained acceptance from various large and small industries in engineering/automobile sectors, tool rooms, fabrication units, foundries and forge shops, fettling and die making units, metallurgical/leather/glass/stone/wood working fields apart from railways, defence, PSUs and various public sector industries. The current range includes wheels from 6-400 dia and thickness from 0.5-150 mm, mounted points sulphur treated honing and super finishing sticks, segments SIC polishing bricks and any non-standard items to customers’ specific requirements in brown/white/pink aloxide and black/green silicon carbide grains in grit size 12 - 1200. The company also offers coated and non-woven abrasives like sheet goods, rolls, belts, flap wheels and discs, sander discs, flexi discs, velcro and PSA discs, rolok disc and backup pads, mops, sleeves and rubber mandrels, rubber and PVA bonded wheels and points, diamond electro coated points and files, resin and metal bonded wheels, dressers, lapping paste, felt bobs and many more items related to finish.
