Synthetic Diamond Powder

Synthetic Diamond Powder is one of the hardest man-made abrasives used in variety of lapping, grinding & polishing application. Diamond pellet lap to clean up the generation marks and smooth the surface so that it can be polished. Typically the diamond pellet is 10 or 12 microns. Micron powders are in well defined ranges of fine particles. The grade designation defines the micron size ranges of the abrasive particles. The shapes of the particles are blocky & hence it imparts efficient cutting properties with consistency in stock removals rates.
