Xebec is the manufacturer of special abrasives for optimal polishing of dies and moulds. The range of products is Xebec alumina fibre (Meister finish) and Xebec diamond. All these products are manufactured in a plant certified by ISO 9001 ? the international standard of quality control and assurance. The product Meister finish has crystal structure on alumina fibre filaments and is used for polishing of tool and die moulds. Xebec diamond is suitable for polishing of material harder than HRC57 such as cemented carbide and hardened steel. Both the products are available in stick type and rod type. These products are suitable for removing EDM scales, polishing ribs and deburring from edges and corners. The grit size ranges from 120 to 1200 and in different lengths. Xebec products can be used with an ultrasonic tool or with a hand grinder. The Xebec diamond can be used either wet or dry. Coolant will increase efficiency.
