Honing Stones

Honing stones are used to achieve the fine surface finish as well as improvement in bore geometry. The manufacturing of honing stones is a very specialized process, in which skills and experience play a large part. The correct balance of five elements - abrasive (Diamond or Cubic Boron Nitride), grit size, crystal, bonding agent and concentration - is crucial. Different compositions are required for honing different material like hardened steel, hard chrome, cast iron, soft steel etc. Our honing stones meet the strictest international standards using fully imported raw material.
