Grinding Wheels, Electrodeposited Bonds

Ajex & Turner manufactures all types of wheels for grinding and lapping purposes. Electroplated single layer metal bonds have a special position due to their high ability. These bonds grind rapidly at a very high material removal rate due to the diamond grits' great protrusion from the metallic bond surface, mainly of nickel or cobalt. Electroplated bonds are especially used for grinding tungsten carbide and ceramic. These abrasive wheels are available in rough, medium and fine grit. For different applications different wheels are available.
