Core Defining Machine

Acme Tools offers a Core Defining Machine. These machines are tailored to trim off the left out shooting candles on core profile. An abrasive belt is driven over a wall balanced three rollers and core is passed below longitudinally. The mechanism ensures surface contact between mating faces of upper and lower water jacket cores. The operation also reduces sagging in the shell core.
