Convolute Wheels - Non-Woven Abrasives

Beartex non-woven abrasive products consist of nylon fibre impregnated with abrasives and resins. The nylon serves as backing for the abrasive, which perform the cutting action. Various non-woven abrasive products include hand pads, unified wheels, flap wheels and combi wheels, convolute wheels and rapid strip and surface blending discs. Convolute wheels are made from high strength nylon fibre, ideally suited excellent in deburring of milled components and imparting high surface finishes in centreless applications.
