Coated Mop Wheels

Valgro Engineers Private Limited manufactures coated mop wheels capable of providing effective grinding on curved or irregular surfaces. Abrasive flaps of resin bonded aluminium oxide cloth are tightly fitted in radial formation around a central core. The abrasive mop is flexible and quickly adapts itself to the shape of the piece under work. The air-cooling effect prevents burning and thermal deformation. Due to flexible geometry, accidental high pressure metal gouging does not occur. Mild steel, alloy steel, aluminium, wood and plastics are the materials that can be given surface grinding. These wheels are available in different sizes with diameter ranging from 100 to 350 mm. Width of the wheel varies between 25 and 50 mm
