Abrasive disc

Essen Engineers offers a range of metal finishing and polishing products. Easy Fix abrasive disc is a metal to metal quick twist-n-lock sanding system mounted on a backing pad, having a threaded 6 mm shank offering a high degree of safety and service life with a 30% higher grinding performance over known conventional methods. These are ideally suited for finishing/polishing of plastic and forging moulds/dies, spot welds, blending, removing parting lines, machine marks, etc. These are available in many different sizes: diameters - 3/4", 1", 1.5", 2" and 3"; grit - 36, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 220, 320 and 400; backing pad dia - 3/4", 1", 1.5", 2" and 3".
