Abrasive Disks

Tiger Disc coated abrasive flap disks grind and finish in one step. They are said to provide a high rate of stock removal, while achieving a superior finish compared to resin fibre discs. Tiger Disks" angled face provides maximum contact area to remove stock quickly, while maintaining a consistent surface finish. With this combination, there is no need to switch between Type 27 wheels and resin fibre discs. Tiger Disks have a wide range of applications including metal fabrication, finishing, cleaning, blending weld areas, stainless steel grinding, stock removal and dressing, and much more. They are available in both aluminium oxide and zirconium grains, grit sizes 24-120, with phenolic or aluminium backings. A 5/8"- 11 quick mount nut is available on 7" and 41/2" disks.
