Vision & Sensor Machine

Tespa Tools offers Tesa Visio – a Vision and Sensor Machine available in manual and CNC versions. The CNC version is available in 300 mm and 500 mm measuring range. Visio DCC is a multi-sensor technology that works either in vision, probe or vision and probe together. Features and functions: point, radius, diameter, arc of circle, angle, line, distance (X/Y), slot, Z-measurement; alignment, perpendicularity, parallelism, theoretical point, theoretical diameter, translation of X/Y origin points; including many programming capabilities, PCDmis provides a long-term solution in an ever evolving manufacturing environment as it can be continuously updated to the latest technology level; and all inspection reports issued in a variety of formats can be custom-made to suit the operator’s specific needs. Features of multi sensor: high accuracy cross probe correlation and calibration; multiple probing offsets all linked to a single “tree calibration”; full 3D geometry capability; ability now to measure the “non viewable” component geometry; scanning (option); construction of features using both probing options; and offline simulation for both probing options.
