Best Power Equipments (I) Pvt Ltd (BPE) has launched Challenger series of 3rd generation UPS Systems with the most advanced features available in the range from 60 kVA up to 500 kVA. Due to its rugged multi microprocessor DSP/IGBT based design. The said Challenger series can be easily used as a CVCF for all those machines that work on 60 Hz supply. Also the Challenger series can be paralleled 16 times (N+1) to reach maximum power output. Further it has a user friendly selection for paralleling, SNMP and frequency converter function. Battery quantity can be adjusted (48 pieces – 50 pieces). Battery charging current and voltage can also be adjusted to 0.05 per Cell – 0.25 per Cell. Voltage tolerance is 185-253 V. Perfect parallel operation is in-built. The company can parallel any number of UPS units with similar capacity. In parallel mode, each UPS can be single stop or if one is plugged with the parallel cable automatically the others share the load. Hot swappable batteries can be plugged in/out while the UPS system operates, without stopping the machine. A built-in isolation transformer is provided for total power protection even against any back door power aberrations such as leakage, lightening, etc. In case of working mode, if the generator has phase reversal, it will continue giving power from generator, with a phase sequence error notified in display. However it will not start in phase sequence error. In case of input voltage/frequency out of bypass range, it will start from mains, without going to bypass.
