Switched Mode Power Supply (SMPS)

The Switched Mode Power Supply (SMPS), which is CCVC based has 24 V DC at 8 A DC power to meet the international standards. The power supply is import substitute and cost effective having wide input voltage 90-135 V AC or 150-300 V AC. Line and load regulation is better than 0.5%, ripple less than 0.5%, fully protected against overload, short circuit, over voltage, with in-built fuse, RFI/EMI filter, soft start/end, isolation 2 kV DC between input/output and 1.5 kV DC between input/earth, and efficiency more than 80% mode redundancy. This is compatible with: series/parallel/hot swappable, LED indications for AC "ON" and output "ON", power good signal, 24 V relay points and output connectors available at rear. Module size 100 H x 200 L x 50 W mm (front facia 128 H x 50 W mm), output 200 W (max combination up to 100 V DC and up to 15A), wide application for PLC, sensors, actuators, evaluation electronic, electronic monitoring panels/systems, injection moulding machines, textile/pad printing machines and automation systems. Other open cards (1 W - 4500 W) are available for CNC machines, process control instruments, robotic controllers, EPABX systems, weighing scales, electronic security systems, channel amplifiers, medical instruments, electronic lab having DC output application from AC to DC, AC/DC to DC, AC to DC variable, DC to DC, DC to DC variable, AC to DC programmable and CVCC battery chargers.
