POWER PACKS

Ship Machine Tools offers Power Packs. It is available with pressure up to 600 bar. Constructional and design features: tank - hydraulic tank is fabricated from MS sheet, with a man-hole for easy cleaning/ maintenance dully sand blasted and internally epoxy white painted for long trouble free operation; pump - vane, gear, piston pumps are used as per applications; pump mounting is vertical or horizontal is per requirements; valves - all valve mounting is done on manifold to minimise piping and leak free operational use; solenoid valves are available in AC/ DC version; and gauge - glycerin filled pressure gauge are using with gauge isolator protection. Accessories: oil level indicator, suction strainer, and pressure/ return line filter from reputed manufacturers. Other product range includes: double column/ swing type band saw machines (automatic/ semi automatic/ manual); hydraulic copy turning machines; vertical broaching machines; hydraulic press for any application; centring and facing machines; special purpose machines; material handling equipment; and hydraulic cylinders.
