Power source for AC/DC - TIG/stick welding

The new Syncrowave 350LX from Miller Electric, USA is an AC/DC - TIG/stick welding power source. This provides better arc starts and stable arc, especially at very low amperages; HF start as well as lift arc facility to start without high frequency and to start precisely at the start of the weld. The device, with an output range of 3-400 A (350 A at 40% duty cycle), is ideal and easy to operate on stainless steel and aluminium jobs too. Hence, it is the most preferred unit with all aluminium/stainless steel job fabricators. This arc control makes it preferred TIG welder for precision metal fabrication, maintenance and to repair light and heavy manufacturing, aerospace, ship building, tubes and pipes, automotive industries, etc. The Miller patented Fan-On-Demand reduces contamination and energy costs. Pulsing is beneficial for thin gauge welds of stainless steel/aluminium to decrease distortion and heat input. DIG control helps from sticking of the electrode when the arc gets too short. Syncrowave 350LX is rated on duty cycles on 10 minutes rating at 104oF (40oC). It comes with simplified control panel.
