Merlinhawk Aerospace Pvt Ltd offers the Elektrone range of portable Power Packs for aviation industry. Elektrone power packs are state-of-the-art ground power units (GPUs) that provide high current for starting turboprop aircraft, helicopters, battle tanks, marine engines, mining and earth moving equipment. Being portable and maintenance free, they are reliable power sources suitable for any type of terrain or environment condition. The power packs are available with different current/voltage ratings compatible to most rotary wing/turbo prop aircraft as also other land and marine vehicles. Optionally, Elektrone units have built-in heaters as well as a thermal jacket to keep the pack warm in cold weather conditions. All Elektrone packs are provided with a CE marked charger (110-270V) for charging the power pack. The range includes following models:

• Elektrone – HD26 (HD2600H) – for starting turboprop aircraft, helicopters, battle tanks, marine engines, mining and earth moving equipment with peak current of 600 – 800 amps, 26 V system, 38 AH capacity
• Elektrone – HV28 (HV2800H) – for starting turboprop aircraft, helicopters, battle tanks, marine engines, mining and earth moving equipment with peak current of 800 amps, 28 V system, 38 AH capacity
• Elektrone – DC26 (DC2600H) – for starting turboprop aircraft, helicopters, battle tanks, marine engines, mining and earth moving equipment with peak current of 1400 amps, 26 V system, 76 AH capacity
• Elektrone – DC28 (DC2800H) – for starting turboprop aircraft, helicopters, battle tanks, marine engines, mining and earth moving equipment with peak current of 1400 amps, 28 V system, 76 AH capacity
