Battery Additives

Arhan Technologies offers Battery Additives, Long Life G. This additive multiplies the battery life by refreshing the pole plates. In lead acid batteries, with start of usage or electrolyte process, sulfation begins coating the lead plates with white sulfate. This causes internal resistance, leading to deteriorated battery performance. Stored and inactive batteries or batteries at cold weather accelerate the sulfation process. Due to build up of sulfate crystals, the density of sulfuric acid cannot be recovered. Sulfation covers the battery plates reducing, and eventually destroying the ability of the battery to generate voltage and current. This additive cause these sulfate crystals to melt when the battery is charged. This will help the battery regain its original voltage and density. It can recover the deterioration of battery attributed to sulfate crystals and therefore extend the life of battery until physical breakdown of electrode occurs.
