The standard Semikube inverter range comprises 120-1500 A, 3-phase IGBT and rectifiers with drivers and protection; hall effect current sensors; temperature sensors and forced air-cooled capacitor bank. UL recognised versions are available. Features: easy maintenance – fast mounting and dismounting; all parts are accessible from the front panel and all removable parts weight less than 30 kg; and even for large installations with multiple power ratings, the unequalled modularity of the SemikubeTM range reduces the spare parts.
