Microstate Enterprises offers a servo control, oil cooled Voltage Stabiliser. It is generally observed that AC main supply is never 230 V or 415 V, but varies from 150-300 V and 300-500 V. It is a very common phenomenon in India as well as in most of the developing countries. The difficulties caused by this variation are well known, such as overload condition, line losses, poor power factor and several other problems. Generally constant voltage, which is required for load is never constant, but often fluctuates. It is observed that during the daytime, the voltage is quiet low and during the night it is often higher than the normal. This is where a voltage stabiliser plays a role in maintaining a stable power supply.
