Voltamp Controls offers Steadyvolt brand servo controlled voltage stabilizers that have many applications. With the AC mains supply having high fluctuations all the time, voltage sensitive equipment like computers, office equipment and domestic appliances run the risk of getting damaged. Steadyvolt can be used for all the above mentioned plus micro-processor based equipments like CNC lathes and other CNC based equipments, medical equipments, laboratory equipments and high capacity 3-phase stabilizers for entire factory and vital installations, etc. The built-in features are: fully solid state control circuitry, using high stability industrial grade silicon semi-conductors and no relays; efficiency better than 95% at full load; nil wave form distortion, no effects of load power factor; inter changeable plug in control card and module; unaffected by change in supply frequency between 45 to 53 Hz; large short time overload capacity, ideally suited for high starting current of inductive motors; no phase shift; easy manual operation in the unlikely event of auto circuit failure; and, high speed of correction up to 35 V per second. Optional features include under and over voltage cut-off, MCB/MCCB protection on input/output and alarm signals, digital voltmeters and ammeters, etc. Standard specifications: single phase units: input - 160-260 V, 50 Hz, output - 230 or 240 V, 50 Hz; three phase units: input - 300-460 V, 50 Hz; regulation against load variation from no load to full load (+)(-)1 %, regulation against input voltage (+)(-)1 %. Air cooled and oil cooled versions are offered to suit customers' specific requirements.
