Rectifier stabilizers are specifically designed to take up/absorb the spikes/surges produced in the system. These stabilizers are well suitable for 100% continuous duty cycle and offer excellent durability.
- Voltage range: 0 to 500 volts DC
- Current: up to 15,000 Amps DC
- Rectifiers equipped with vertical type on load voltage regulator (+/- type) wound with heavy section of copper strip with carbon rollers. Efficiency of voltage regulator is more than 99%
- IPT (inter phasing) transformer is used for reduction in losses of the system.
- Efficiency of the transformer used in the rectifier is more than 95%
- Suitable for 100% continuous duty cycle and recommended to put 10% overload also.
- Temperature rise: maximum 28 degrees above ambient.
- Silicon diodes up to 50 % more in capacity for better durability are used for equal load sharing and reducing the power losses of the diodes.
