Lightweight Sinewave Inverter
Lightweight Sinewave Inverter is based on dual DSP technology. One DSP handles the high frequency DC-DC converter and generates 310V DC bus, while the second DSP generates 50 Hz sinewave output. Necessary filters are implemented to get low distortion sinewave output.
A suitable & compact battery charger is also fabricated on-board using the SMPS400V30A design which uses it’s own DSP to closely monitor the battery health. It also includes PFC.
As the price of copper and steel is increasing, this technology is very attractive popular. The inverter is compact and light weight due to elimination of bulky 50 Hz transformer.
