Inverters For Manual Arc Welding

BOC India offers an inverter, Model MMA 200. This is a constant current (CC) type inverter manual arc welding set where the welding current does not change with the change in arc length. This machine gives flawless welds for all types of welding electrodes ranging from 1.6 mm to 3.15 mm sizes. Compared to a conventional welding rectifies or transformer, an inverter set provides smooth arc ignition with a stable and controlled arc throughout the weld, resulting in a uniform bead and a high quality weld. Inverters also give very significant power savings compared to conventional power sources. In addition, it does not produce any electromagnetic noise, thereby providing an improved working environment.
