Interface Converters

Interface Converters are available in models such as 232/RS and 485/RS 422 and as bi-directional type converters. The converter allows connection and interoperability of equipment having dissimilar combinations of standard communication interfaces. These are transparent to all data, clock & frame formats, and can operate at transmission speeds up to E1 (2.048Mbps). Interface converters allow for differences in both physical connectors and signal levels. The specifications include input/output of RS 232, output/input of RS 485/RS 422TX, RX, RTS, DTR and GND of 2-/4-wire, speed of 1200-8400 BPS as well as auto-CAD features.
