HT Automatic Voltage Controller

Globe Rectifiers offers a HT Automatic Voltage Controller (AVC) to be installed on the incoming side of the transformer to help stabilise input voltage to the distribution transformer. The company also offers LT Automatic Voltage Controller (Stabiliser).
Advantages:

• HT AVC supplies rated stabilised voltage to the transformer, thereby the utilisation of the transformer will be up to full rated capacity and is protected from high/low voltage fluctuation
• Where numbers of distribution transformer are installed in a plant, one can put only one HT automatic voltage controller (regulator)
• Losses of transformer will reduce after installation of HTAVR
• Shorter payback period
• In higher capacity, it is technically advisable to install HT automatic voltage controller because current in LT stabiliser is very high.

• Buck/ boost transformer
• Electronic control circuit.
