Kimo Electronics India has launched a full series of FE-Frequency Inverters in association with Bosch Rexroth Germany. These fully digital inverters are for all industrial applications, with advanced parameters, and features. They are supported by the high end engineering and customer support of Bosch Rexroth Germany, with fully advanced digital technology and microprocessors, which permit a high level of energy savings and energy efficiency in several industrial applications. With its compact format the standard frequency converter cover the entire drive range from 0.75 to 400 kW. User benefits: utilisation of DSP (digital micro processor) with higher performance; automatic adjustment of the carrier wave frequency (1 to 15 kHz) at over heating; using new protection technologies, which is more suitable for severe environment; using the cooling fan automation technology, which can realize the effective energy saving and extend the lifecycle of fan; standard with speed encoder input can realise high precision through speed closed loop control with PG card; realise the non-trip continuous operation of frequency converter; during the hard start-up or impact load; after the power interruption or failure trip, it can select the function of automatic restart and set up restart delay time; powerful overload ability; G – 150% rated current for 60 sec, 200% rated current for 1 sec; P – 120% rated current for 60 sec, 105% rated current for 60 min; standard with easy PLC functions can realise various operation modes through control terminal; standard with Modbus communication interface (up to 31 slave stations); frequency pulse output can be used for synchronous operation of various motors; three-level menu parameter; setting mode can control the operation of frequency converter simply and rapidly; and the complete unit adopts the advanced and optimised electromechanical design, select high performance and high reliable components so that ensure the whole unit can be used reliably for a long lifecycle.
