Frequency converter/inverter

IITEC is an authorised franchisee of Fuji, Japan brand frequency converter series FRN Mini - 0.2 to 4 kW as per Euro standards and FRN5000 G11 - up to 500 kW in 200 and 400 V range. IITEC-Fuji drives incorporate new dynamic torque-vector control with speed control range of 1: 1200 and a higher starting torque up to 200% at 0.5 Hz in close loop. The frequency comes in sensor less torque vector control mode or can accept feedback from encoder in a closed loop system. IITEC Fuji frequency converter has a new on line system to continuously check for variations of motor characteristic during running of high precision speed control. Advantageous features include: 16 step speed with timer control; rotating motor pick up control; automatic energy saving operation - minimised VFD and motor loss at light load; full PID control; cooling fan On/Off control; and line/VFD operation. The unit comes with intelligent keypad with copy writing facility whereby one can down load the data from one to other. IITEC-Fuji can be used in a quadrant regenerative mode with total harmonic suppression specifically useful for steel and paper mills. Special IGBT with VFD design makes it one of the most energy efficient and lowest I2R losses. All types of protective functions are available to the meter side along with input ground fault and surges. IITEC-Fuji VFD incorporates built in serial communication with driven software available within and can be hooked with Modbus, Field bar, C.Net, Devicenet, etc. VFD in the in the maintenance mode shows inverter on load factor, accumulated operation time, life expectancy of main circuit components and detailed data on trip cause. VFD has 0-5/10, 0/20-420 analogue input, can be inversed also along with 9 digital input, 1 analogue output and 5 digital output.
