Alexis Energy Solutions Pvt Ltd has introduced PowerO2 Catalytic Converter - a breakthrough pre-combustion technology in saving fuel up to 40%, in association with Zest Catalytic Converters Pvt Ltd. The product is set to revolutionise the way automobiles function, shifting the paradigms of fuel consumption and performance of engines. The catalytic converter can be easily fitted by clamping on to exhaust pipe manifold. It provides an adjustable clamp without making any hole on the exhaust pipe. The other end of the metal adaptor is connected with the air cleaner top by a metal jacket flexible pipe for needle point air injection into the carburetor on petrol engines, for diesel engines and direct induction in the engines. It ensures the engines of all vehicles and gen-sets, consume less fuel and stop wheezing due to extra load on the engine, and boosts power to the engine. For the first time in the world it is possible to drive on a higher gear at low speed ensuring higher fuel efficiency. What keeps the engine going great is complete combustion technology, due to which vehicles gets more power, finger touch acceleration, longer engine life and pollution control. PowerO2 pre-combustion technology optimises performance of any engine (new/old) by atomising fuel into the finest vapour form increasing optimum volumetric efficiency with reaction on inter-metallic catalytic compound and in fractions of second the vehicle's engine gets enriched homogenous mixture of oxygen at variation of speed and power, e.g., depending on type and make of vehicle, one can drive on top gear at 25 to 40 km speed with AC on, in semi-congested city roads. Power O2 atomises almost 97.5% fuel in fine vapour form and burns the fuel completely.
