Bridge rectifiers are available in current rating ? 5-300 A, and voltage ? 100-1600 V. All models feature the same compact dimensions to provide a uniform mounting pitch, glass passivated diode chips, excellent power/volume ratio, high thermal conductivity package, and electrically insulated case. Typical applications: eliminator supply, industrial automatic control, numerical-controlled machinery, and tele control system. Modern Power Semiconductor has established a manufacturing facility complying with the requirement as per ISO 14001: 2004 and ISO 18001: 1999 and quality management system certified ISO 9001: 2000 with modern machineries for production, testing and quality controls.
