Quenching oils

Mumbai-based Sarbi Petroleum & Chemicals supplies a range of industrial hydraulic oils and lubricants. Kwenchol grade of quenching oils are formulated specially keeping in view the specific performance requirement of heat treatment of steels. Kwenchol 2 is a selected straight mineral, general purpose quenching oil. It is particularly suitable for quenching of steel parts heated in cyanide baths. Kwenchol 3 is a blend of refined mineral base oils and fatty compounding, lending it good wetting properties with higher quenching speeds. Kwenchol 9 is a mar-quench oil suitable for maintaining bath at 150-220 deg C. It gives predictable quench performance and low reject rates.
