Hydro Power Corporation offers a range of Oil Lubrication Systems. Hypo oil lubrication systems are compact in size contain oil pump to delivery specified volume of oil at constant rate, self cleaning or basket filters to send clean oil constant. All these are available with necessary instrumentation for controlling, checking devices like pressure gauges, thermometers, temperature switches and hooters to keep watch on various important working parameters. The system can also be equipped with stand-by pump to operate on failure of the main pump, stand-by filter, oil cooler and other automation can be incorporated as per importance of lubrication applications. These all components are scientifically fitted over the oil tank. Hypo oil lubrication systems are designed after years of experience in hydraulic engineering. Reputed brand and tested bought out components are used to manufacture the systems, hence, a little higher installing cost appear initially but, resulting in trouble free safety and economical in long run. Hypo oil lubrication systems are suitable for demanding applications in various industries at like cement plants, coal mills, raw mills, sugar plants, centrifugal pumps, steel rolling mills, rubber mixing mills, paper and pulp industries and various other installations. These systems are designed to suit individual requirements such as flow of oil in LPM, degree of filtration, etc., and are available from capacities 3 to 400 LPM at 12 kg/cm² pressure and even higher capacity and pressure on specific requirement.
