Mist Lubrication System

Cendrop Multilub System offers a Mist Lubrication System. In mist lubrication system, a pump is used for carrying oil to the atomiser, where two ports are provided – one for oil and the other for air. This pump is pneumatically operated as well as motorised. The pneumatic pump is suitable for intermittent lubrication, and one can also get continuous lubrication. In this pump an acrylic/metallic reservoir with a capacity 1.5 ltr (according to customer requirements) and oil filling port is provided on the top. Through air pressure, oil comes in junction block (atomiser). A motorised pump is suitable for continuous/intermittent and multi point lubrication. Through motorised pumps the lubricant comes in the atomiser with the help of progressive block/metering cartridge/control valve and the output is mist lubrication. Working: mist lubrication system is basically pneumatic operated. Air is controlled by on/off solenoid valve. The air is used for breaking the oil in small fragments (1-5 micron).
