Lubrication Systems For Rubber Industries

Rubber industries require lubrication systems for various machines. Micro Precision manufactures high-pressure centralised lubrication systems delivering oil at pressures up to 400 kg/cm2. These are suitable for Intermix, Branburry mixing mills and calendar mills. The number of pumping units can be 4 to 24. Oil delivery for individuals pump can be adjusted from 0 to 0.3 cc/stroke. These are available with and without gearbox. Standard gear reduction available is 75:1 and 65:1. In case of non-geared version a sprocket wheel and handle is provided on the camshaft.
