Lubrication system for forging industry

This high pressure centralised lubrication systems for forging industry is manufactured by Micro Precision under the trade name Oilube-D. This unit is capable of delivering oil up to 110 kg/cm2 pressure. Oil delivery of individual pump is adjustable from 0-0.1 cc/stroke. The viscosity of the oils handled can vary from 100 to 1000 cST. This system is very useful if additives like MOS2 or Teflon are to be added to the oil which is pumped. Number of pumping units can be from 4 to 24. These systems are available with/without gearbox. Standard gear reduction available is 75:1 and 65:1. In case of non geared version a sprocket wheel and priming handle are provided on the camshaft. These systems are used in sugar and forging industries.
