Lubrication oil conservation and cleaning system

Trident Engineering manufactures hydraulic lubrication oil conservation and cleaning system that can eliminate mechanical filters and the need for oil changes. This system increases production and reduces rejection. Also it increases the life of pumps, valves and seals and saves energy by keeping oil clean. There will not be any oil leakage. The required oil conditions are: temperature - below 60 degree Celsius; water content - below 500 ppm; viscosity - below 200 CST (max) and mineral base oils except IC engine oil. Application: used with plastics injection moulding machines, hot press in plywood industries, aluminium extrusion machines, in power generation plant, CNC machine tools, ceramics industries, automobiles and ancillaries, railways, steel mills (hot and cold), hydraulic power press and also aluminum die casting machine.
