Neel Kamal Agency offers Linear Guide. This is industry standard pattern and double-row aluminium re-circulating roller guide. This is 65% lighter than steel guide systems. Double row in line roller design takes equal loads from all direction. Universal standard mounting is fully interchangeable with all major guide system. Available in non-corrosive and non-magnetic version, in single rail lengths up to 6 meter, it can be butt jointed for longer strokes. It has integrated steel scrapers on both sides and is sealed on all sides. Aluminium roller guide prove successful in all field of handling, mounting precision machine, optics, packaging machines, medical equipments, paper working, portal robots, food packing machines, etc. Also available on request: customised cassettes and roller shoes according to specific applications (e.g., length, number of rollers, positions of rollers, bore shape); and customised rails according to applications (e.g., bore shape, etc).
