High Pressure Centralised Lubrication System

Micro Precision manufactures High Pressure Centralised Lubrication Systems delivering oil at pressures up to 400 kg/cm2. These are suitable for use in rubber industry for Branbury mixing mills and calender mills; and in petrochemical industry for intensifiers. The number of pumping units can be from 4 to 24. Oil delivery for individual pump can be adjusted from 0 to 0.3 cc/stroke. These are available with and without gearbox. Standard gear reductions available are 75:1 and 65:1. In case of non-geared version, a sprocket wheel and handle are provided on the camshaft. The company also undertakes design and development of lubrication systems as per the customers' requirements.
