Futura Range Of FRLs

Schrader Bellows now offers a range of Futura FRLs up to port size of 1?, suitable for air preparation in pneumatic systems. These FRLs are manufactured as per international standards having high flow characteristics. They have a modular construction with easy assembly and dismantling facility, which eliminates need of additional connectors for making FRL combination unit. These products are also provided with excellent standard features like bowl guard for filter and lubricator, semi automatic drain on filter, reliable system of bowl fixing and removal, etc. The regulators are fitted with rolling diaphragms enabling quick response time. The lubricators have proportional oil mist type design whereby the amount of lubrication can be controlled precisely. These units use specially developed techno-polymer material, which makes them rugged but light weight and sleek. The material being inert to most chemicals, these FRLs find application in diversified industries such as steel mills, foundries, medical, food and beverages, chemical and fertilisers, etc., apart from general engineering industries.
