Filter/regulator/lubricator unit

Honeytech Associates offers the Olympian range of plug-in system filter-regulator-lubricator (FRL) units manufactured by Shavo Norgren. These are unique, modular FRLs with rigid yoke, which makes changing a unit very simple. There is a wide range of basic filters, pressure regulator lubricators, filter regulator and other combination units to meet user requirements. The system is supplied with yoke and basic unit with parallel (F) standard connections of G 1/4, G 3/8, G 1/2 and G 3/4. BSPTr (tapered) and NPT threads are also available as optional. Integrated exhaust type shut off valve for instant isolation available is optional. The flexibility of the system is further enhanced by availability of mounting brackets, rear entry brackets, porting blocks, blanking plugs, panel mounting of regulators and other useful accessories. Oil removal filters for various applications are available as well as flow monitors for in line monitoring to ensure optimum utilisation of compressed air. A useful TPM aid available is the Duplex FRL system which ensures continuity of production of essential machines, without loss of output due to routine maintenance activities.
