Electro-Mechanical Lubricator

Memolub? HPS is an autonomous Single/ Multi point Electro-Mechanical Lubricator. Its high lubricant ejection pressure of 25 bar opens a new wide range of applications not possible with conventional systems. It can be used remotely up to 8 metres from lubrication point. Remote installation avoids dangerous or difficult access points and maintenance personnel can work swiftly in safety. Machine stoppage for lubrication (impossible access, moving components, etc) can be avoided by installing Memolub? HPS. It can be also used as mini central lubrication system. Combined with progressive distributor blocks multiple point lubrication is a simple, economical way of reducing maintenance cost. The frequency of the greasing stroke controlled by quartz timer microprocessor can be set 1 stroke/hr to 1 stroke/2 days. Volume discharged per stroke is 0.65 cc. The unit works on 3 alkaline 1.5 V battery cells. It is suitable for oils and greases up to NLGI 2/3 grade, and is available in three sizes, viz, Standard with 120 cc, Mega with 240 cc and Giga with 480 cc.
