Dual Line Lubrication System

Lubcon Engineers offers a Dual Line Lubrication System.
Working principle:In dual line lubrication pump the pumping elements push the grease of high pressure (up to 400 kg/cm²). The cam is driven by a speed reduction gear; the grease is fed in the change over valve from the pump elements; the change over valve delivers grease through one of the outlet parts alternatively after receiving signal from end pressure relay; and the distribution of grease at different lubrication points is done by a dose feeder and this pump operates by the control panel. Applications: dual line system is used where large distance in lubrication point, system having a high pressure pump and it use in steel plants, cement plants. Its very flexible system and can be expended up to 1000 lube points and pressure up to 400 bar.
