Coolant Systems, High Pressure

Universal Precision Tools has specially designed and manufactured high pressure coolant systems for indigenous and imported machines. These offer a high degree of productivity, are reliable, trouble-free and work with minimum attention. The system normally has three stages of filtration involving chip conveyor for handling heavier chips, rotary drum filter for elimination of finer chips and cartridge filters in final stage with an accuracy of 5 microns. High pressure pumps with pressure up to 100 bar for through tool application can be supplied. The systems are complete with high/low level controls, pressure and flow switches, and are monitored by PLCs for accurate sequence control. Oil skimmer for removal of scum and refrigerated cooler for temperature control are additional features. Flow rates vary from 100 LPM to 5,000 LPM.
