Controlled Lubrication System For Metal Stampers

The MicroCoat System provides lubrication control for metal stampers. The 2.5"spray valves provide easy installation in tight-press areas, either before or after the stock feeder. During operation, low volume, low pressure air applies the lubricant in controllable micro-film amounts. The controlled stock lubrication means no fog or runoff for a cleaner work environment. Lubricant flow, nozzle pressure, and valve operation are regulated by the controller, which supports up to four valves. A separate flow control for each valve permits lubricant coverage to be independently adjusted.
